•Manage IT Development team and lead SDLC process for various IT system’s implementation process.
•Lead CXP/UX journey across various banking channels.
•Responsible for the technology department and Agile product development for digital channels such as Mobile Wallet, Mobile Banking, Retail/Corp Internet banking, ATM and Kiosk .
•Work closely with the e-channel business team to continue to develop and evolve the digital channel product enabling business capability and objectives.

Responsibilities:
•Provide technical and functional support for escalated cases in enterprise and digital channel applications such as Mobile Banking, Mobile Wallet, Online Banking, adobe AEM CMS, SharePoint, RET trading, Murex MX/MLC, ICCS, AML system…etc.
•Manage Apps upload and update in Apple and Google Playstore.
•Design and fine tune solutions over application servers.
•Create UML data flow, sequence diagrams, business processes and support documents.
•Design and implement required solutions and architectures in pre-production, production, DR environments.
•Perform gap analysis and create case studies for complicated incidents and problems.
•Troubleshoot and analyze production issues/bugs and follow up with vendor to provide fixes/enhanced release.
•Finalize rules and setups of FW, LB, DNS, Network, HIPS, DB and VM with infrastructure.

•Providing technical and clustered along with high availability solutions for tier 1 and 2 enterprise applications.
•Rolling out multiple critical projects at the same time within the planned timelines.
