Manage an average of 100 to 150 users for 6 companies supporting various modules Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Finance and Administration and providing assistance and support to end-users.
•To facilitate the above assigned Modules by ensuring full system functionality support to the business process in providing solutions, reliable support, value added training, system enhancement, effective utilization and obtaining maximum system benefit thereby maintaining High Service Level.
•Create training documentation and conduct training in various modules of our system, to various users.
•Create new Item Groups, Sub Groups and doing its setups to post into given accounts as required in GL for Main accounts & sub accounts for the Trial Balance.
•Create new menus and transaction codes for Purchase orders, Shipment advices, Goods receipt, Sales Orders, Sales Invoices (Local & Export), Sales returns (referring to invoice and without reference as well), Inter branch location transfers, Stock adjustments (Value & Quantity), Sample issues (different types), Destruction issues, Manufacturing menus for production lines (including work orders, production reporting and production slip actual) and to map them in all setups with the given accounts for General Ledger.
•Confirm Invoices, Returns, Adjustments, Material issues, Location transfer documents etc when giving any errors specially during each month ending.
•Correct the stocks and expiries when needed from back end.
•Create new users, user groups and grant menu access to users, privileges.
•Create new menus and sub-menus in Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing and Finance modules.
•Create discount codes and FOC’s (Free of Cost) for various purposes and mapping them to different main accounts, sub accounts along with division and departments for respective companies.
•Create new customers, Salesman, outlets, modify data of existing, in masters with validation and triggers and create promotions (for different purposes per channel, per customer, per location, value based or quantity based etc) when needed and mapping them all.
•Maintain customer masters with all info, credit limit, salesman, outlets, payment terms, flexi’s and Anly’s.
•Create new inventory locations for sale and stocking purpose, virtual location concept for near expiries, sub-distributor locations (for sale across companies) and doing all required setups.
•Create various price lists as needed.
•Create new expense codes for specified purpose and define their setups for GL mapping.
•Annual Physical Inventory process count physical matching with Orion and WMS and Go-Live release operations.
•Orion Application end user support on above modules including troubleshooting and testing.
•Correction in ageing reports as required.
•Recent VAT IMPLEMENTATION at item level in invoices with totally new mapping and setup accounts.
•Extensive working knowledge and concept for the WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) used in stores for logistics delivery with pick, ship, allocate, approval etc.

The primary objective of the project was to automate the different activities of the school. The system served as automated information of School Background, Classes, Model Papers, Student and Staff Information, Fees accounts, Salary Information, Student attendance, Staff attendance, all information regarding Teaching Staff Members can be maintained through this software using the database design, models and ER diagram.
