Project Organization Chart, Area Layout, Method Statement, Schedule, Manpower Histogram, PMS, S-Curves, Project Scope Definition, Engineering Plan, Project BOQ, Machine & Equipment Plan, Procurement Plan, Material Status Report.

• Provide Time Schedule
• Created Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), input project activities, determined activity durations, and logic relationships.

• Leading, managing and directing huge team of both main and subcontractors in different multi zones and levels for Construction Of 3 Main Substations Of the Project, Hilton Hotel Guests Room, Commercial Mall, Convention Center, Parking area and Main Kitchen

• Supervision of different finishing works for Hotel guests room including marble, decorative panels, ceramic tiles, drywall and painting
• Preparing project planning phase for designated zones, schedule of activities, reporting the productivity, production rate of work and forecast the look ahead of targets according to mitigation plan
