• Provide 1st, 2nd line support for employees for various software and hardware issues including but not limited to (windows, network, applications, office, printers).
• Assists Information Technology team with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers, laptops, peripheral equipment and software.
• Cleans, modifies and repairs computer hardware including monitors, keyboard and printers, and installs software for employees.
• Perform a variety of tasks. Participates in on-call schedule outside of regular business hours as needed (24/7).
• Configures and deploys computers for new hires as well as assists with reconfiguration and desk moves.
• Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.
• User administration for various platforms across the enterprise (AD, PBX, RADIA, ITAM etc.).
• Manage inventory, track and of hardware assets (ITAM) among locations, status as required, and assist in procurement of new and replacement hardware, components, and services.
• Works with vendors to resolve technical problems according contract and agreement.
• Follows and maintains operating standards for help desk procedures.
• Perform monthly patching for manufacture Pc`s using RADIA server.
• Monitoring ITSM ticketing system to solve incidents within SLA.
• Follows company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Administrate PBX Siemens Telephone system.
• Operate master consoles (AD, Exchange, SCCM, BMC Foot Prints Ticketing System, Ipanema, office 365) to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use.
• Provide 1st, 2nd line support to end users including managers and directors 24/7 across company sites using IT tools and within SLA to meet business needs in time manner.
• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
• Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
• Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
• Administrate Polycom Conference Call System and Skype for business to organize conference call meetings.
• Managing, Troubleshooting and Monitoring Leased Lines and ADSL wan connections.
• Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel to facilitate purchases.
• Apply OS patches and upgrades for Windows 7, 8, 10 and windows servers.
• Confer with network users about how to solve existing system problems.
• Administrate MCFEE Antivirus system on both server and client side.
• Managing, Monitoring and troubleshooting CCTV System.
• Managing Figure print machines and Security ID cards.
• Planning the annual IT Budget for IT purchases.
• Complete IT infrastructure responsibility including Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012 Domain, Office 365, V Center VSphere 5.5, & Cyber Security.
