Responsibilities:
Perform the full range of customer service duties such as; communicating courteously and providing pieces of advice to customers by Telephone, Email, Letter, face to face, investigating and solving customers' problems.
Offer alternative solution, where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers.
Ensure that every customer exists in database of customers with a complete record for information, inquiries and complaints.
Report all major difficulties and common complaints to the respective manager.
Process the training projects for the IMC (Industrial Modernization Center) .
Receive customers face to face or on phone, record reservation, and set evaluation.
• organize trainers and students schedules .
• Answer phones and respond to customer requests .
• Provide customers with service information .
• Process the training projects for ICDL Scholarship .
• Process the training projects for MCIT Scholarship .
