• Attend coordination meeting for strategic project with Army Force, Ministry of Electricity and EETC projects departments of different zone like (Canal Zone, Upper Egypt Zone, Delta Zone, Delta West Zone, Alex. Zone and Cairo Zone)
• Follow up Monthly & Weekly Schedule including a comparison of the base line schedule with the actual and planned dates.
• Evaluation of subcontractors technically and their capability of cash.
• Follow up S-Curves and histograms for progress and equipment’s
• Follow up calculation sheets to follow up the activities in our contract scope of work.
• Following Material Tracking System Updated by Materials Documents.
• Attend regular meeting with financial department to provide finance for running projects and LG letter for awarded project
• Evaluation of running projects through weekly meeting with all PMs, and planning and cost control "project time schedule, cash flow, procurement plan" and brain storming of standing issues.
• Coordinate between different departments for running projects to achieve required harmony of project cycle
• Plan, review, and coordinate design and construction operations to ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications
• Improvement of projects performance by studying all lesson learned for all PMs, and other company departments to avoid it in future projects with training courses for department members, brain storming meetings
• Provide operational & technical reports to the Managing Director
• Provide advices to tender and procurement team during (planning, execution) and during preparing the quotation and purchasing
• Review project estimate and monitor project budget
• Overcoming obstacles and issues that may face the projects
• Monitor reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Estimate and negotiate change orders
• Monitor and Control QA/QC documents and insist that they are implemented
• Ensuring that OHS (Health & Safety) is fully provided for and adhered
