• 24/7 Shift Schedule Technical support for All FM engineer (Field Maintenance) for BSCs & BTSs series
• Expert Eng.using Huawei tools & clients M200, LMT and CME.
• Do all major actions related to any interfaces (Abis - Gb - Pb- A - Ater)
• Deal with different TX modes as Abis over TDM, E1s, abis over IP, A over IP and Gb over IP
• BSC & RNC Hardware Expansion.
2G/3G site intgration
• Perform all kind of Operation and Maintenance on BSC, PCU, XCDR and BTSs
• Performing first & second line maintenance, tests and diagnosis of faults.
• Trouble shooting for down sites & critical alarms all Over BSS network.
• Handling network incident
• Handling RF & performance cases
• Handling Trouble Tickets received from other departments.
• Give training to new engineers joining the team.
• Network optimization and KPI's improvement
• Network parameters audit& Health Check of all BSCs
•Act as corrective maintenance engineer to handle all kinds of alarms of 2G & 3G (Site down-BSC alarms-VSWR alarm-power alarms-control alarms-link alarms-transmission problems-quality alarms and etc…)
•Act as preventive maintenance engineer to perform maintenance for all mobinil sites (BSC sites-Macro sites-out door sites" MBO"-CBO sites-Micro sites-Repeater sites and transmission sites)
•Act as site acceptance engineer to check all equipments and installations in&out the site to transfer site to level 1 maintenance after reporting reserves.
•Act as commissioning engineer to do night actions (Migration-Rout -BTS commissioning)
•Deal with Alcatel equipment (BTS-BSC-ADM)
•Deal with NEC MW links (Paso link V4-Paso link MX-Paso link NEO)
•Deal with 3G equipment (Nokia Siemens Node B)
•Deal with Fiber of telecom Egypt & Deal with the transmission team of mobinil
•Training & Working in the field of GSM Networks as installation and commissioning engineer to Motorola equipments.
•Deal with Motorola RF equipments and with all versions of Motorola BTS (Mcell6, Macro Horizon I&Macro Horizon II).
•BTS installation, configuration, calibration&Check external alarms of the site
•Perform the maintenance (software & hardware) for the international handset brands of Sony Ericsson, Samsung and Motorola.
•Testing of GSM phones and performance evaluations
•Analysis and troubleshooting for mobile board.
•Act as a running and Maintenance engineer to the electronic battlefield.
•Act as Supervisor for all training soldiers in the brigade.
