Recruitment & Selection:

• Assist in the annual manpower plan preparation in coordination with the head of departments.
• Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner and ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities.
• Conducting interviews on all levels.
• Utilize various recruitment channels to attract the best candidates.
• Follow up with the accepted candidates till fully on boarding and conduct new employees’ orientation.
• Organize and maintain an up-to-date filing system that provides quick and efficient reference for the HR Department.
• Conduct Exit interviews, analyze exit reasons, make turn over analysis, raise flags when there are common reasons and give proposals to solve it.
• Manage the development of the processes and tools to help leaders more efficiently select, promote, develop, manage and reward talents.

Performance Management:

• Provides training on performance management tools to all executives, managers on the process, the steps involved, their responsibilities, and the benefits to be gained by all, addressing each group's particular needs.
• Share in designing and implementing the performance appraisal system and the annual merit increase accordingly also, analyze the appraisal results and put action plans for the low performers.
• Provides managers with regular training on how to give feedback as well as on how to set objectives, coach and develop their employees.

Compensation & Benefits

• Participate in preparing the manpower budget based on market trends and in line with the business strategy.
• Share in designing an in-House salary survey, analyze the data and give recommendation to cover the gaps.
• Prepare the job offers in line with the manpower budget

Organizational Development
