— Prepare shop drawings, material submittals to project specification and discussing them with consultant and client to obtain their approval.
— Handle project procurement activities and prepare subcontract agreements in accordance with company procedures and project requirement.
— Prepare QA/QC reports according to company policy and contract requirement to furnish accurate records of the work done.

Sewer & Storm Water Drainage Systems.

Fire Protection Systems including deluge system, foam system, clean agent system, FM200 system, sprinkler system, standpipe system, extinguishers and fire pumps.
Installation of HVAC Systems equipment including Split Units, Package Units, Exhaust Fans and related duct work.
Installation of Wet well submersible pumps, Dry well submersible pumps with cardan shafts, Screw Pumps and other pumping stations equipment.
— Prepare O & M manuals and as-built drawings.

1- Review of shop drawings related to the discipline and ensures its compliance with designs, contract requirement and properly coordinated with other discipline.
2- Review of materials related to the discipline and ensures its compliance with contract requirement.

4- Review all Contractor submittals related to my discipline addressing Method Statements, Project Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Schedules and compliance with Project objective.

1. Develop mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection plans of buildings and other external works tasks.
2. Prepares, supervises the preparation and review of detailed plans and specifications for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and piping of buildings.
