Responsible of eastern and central regions projects.
o Manage team of field engineers, technicians during Installation and
Implementation Phase.
o Handle Project phase petty cash and settlements.
o Helping in interviewing, assigning Human resources and assigns individual
responsibilities in the projects.
o Helping in preparing technical proposals, acquisition, UAT and LLD for
each existing project.
o Revise and approve some project phases technically with PM.
o Helping in preparing technical proposals, acquisition, UAT and LLD for

o Providing customer with all required documents like LLD (Low Level
Design), UAT (User Acceptance Test), TSSR (Technical site survey
reports).
o Providing customer with all required documents after reviewing contents
like LLD (Low Level Design), TSSR (Technical site survey reports), As-Built
document, UAT Migration Plans and detailed network diagrams.
o Responsible from scratch to hand over of new existing projects.
o Coordinate, Communicate with Business team/ Planning team/ Operation
team/ Security team/ procurement team/ Finance team and Facilities team
to ensure the compatibility between the business requirement and the
technical capability.
o Manages daily operational aspects of the existing project and scope.
o Act as Project manager in case of Project manager is in vacation.
Lead team of technicians to install, implement and integrate the Network as agreed with customer to meet his requirements based on agreed design documents.
o Revise and approve some project phases technically with PM.
o Helping in preparing technical proposals, acquisition, UAT and LLD for each existing project.
o Providing customer with all required documents like LLD (Low Level Design), UAT (User Acceptance Test), TSSR (Technical site survey reports).
o Maintaining LAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, Devices (Access points & Switches).
o Troubleshooting Customer Issues.
o Performing installations, implementation, integration troubleshooting and maintenance of network equipment, installed and upgraded software and hardware equipment, oversee the management of subcontracted work, including working with upper levels of the subcontractor structure.
Applying ERP System on the company.
o Joining Programming team to develop system.
o ERP Instructor to the company employees.

o Managing Company Hosting, Domains, and websites (Cpanel).
