Train, organize and lead emergency response team.
Communicate and Ensure effective implementation of QHSE policy across the organization
Advise management in setting up of QHSE objectives, targets for the organization
Ensure that all non-conformances generated during the course of the External & Internal audit are closed in systematic manner
Coordinate with corporate office / headquarters on implementation of QHSE minimum requirements and procedures
Identification of HSE training needs for the organization
Report to management the HSE performance of organization by collecting HSE data based on lagging and leading HSE indicators and propose further road map on improvement of HSE culture within the organization

Making risk assesment, JSA and perform (pretour &pre job) safety meetings.
Training of rig crew and leading emergency cases.
