- Overview: Dynamics CRM solution that enables ADNEC to manage internal and external complaints related to events and services provided. The solution enables internal employees and external customers to submit and track the status of their complaints, removing all the paper work and automating the approval cycle. Also the solution tracks all the corrective actions and the communication activities between the complainant and assigned employee. Automatic escalation for the requests exceeding service license agreement (SLA) due dates is applied.

- Role: Verifying requirements and suggesting estimates for the developed modules. Design of the solution, customization, configuration, development of any required custom workflows or plug-ins, unit testing, bug fixing. Developed and used many external tools for providing required features that are not supported OOTB in CRM.



• Project: ADNEC intranet Portal(U.A.E)

- Client: Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company
- Overview: Implementing a state-of-the-art intranet portal that fosters ADNEC employees’ and contributors’ efficiency; providing one sub-site for each of ADNEC’s 30 departments and supporting the users with a powerful and versatile data Collaboration and business process management solution. Through the solution, ADNEC employees will benefit from the myriad of features offered by SharePoint 2013 and CRM 2011; key features including business process automation, reachable contents, collaboration and sharing of information and experiences, as well as content management and monitoring of portal behavior.

• Project: UDC Portal (Qatar):

- Client: United Development Company
- Overview: CRM solution will enable UDC to manage and track all
customer-facing activities, identify trends, provide personalized service with access to real-time and useful data, use shared repositories to provide a comprehensive history of UDC customers—from initial contact through all subsequent interactions—and make it available throughout UDC channels and benefit from advanced security that helps protect client data. Project also supported UDC in providing unified solutions such as: “CRM Platform” to act as a framework for communication, “Marketing Campaigns and Analysis” to support UDC Marketing department, and a “Unified Portal” for services’ reservations of the following subsidiaries; Hospitality Development Company (HDC), United Fashion Company (UFC) and Ronautica Middle East (RME).
Project also included specialized solutions that provide customer-centric experience throughout some of UDC subsidiaries.

- Client: Department of Economic Department
- Overview: web-based solution for management of all provided services of DED.


• Project :Credit Facility portal in UTC(USA):

- Client: United Technology Company
- Overview: an online portal for management of credit facility requests across all UTC Subsidiaries.
