❖ Review of project contracts in accordance with FIDIC & with respect to local municipal regulation demands
❖ Ensure general safety and health precautions at site with engineers & safety department.

1. Laying infrastructure services & networks (water, electricity LV-MV-HV, irrigation, fire fighting, telecom, sewerage, gas line)
2. Preparing road works (formation, sub base, curbstone, road base, asphalt design & laying) streetlight, sign boards, traffic lights, hydraulic system & road markings.
3. Coordinate with government authorities (DEWA, RTA, DM, Tarakhess, JAFZA) for NOC, Traffic Diversions & Permits, also Co-ordination with client, consultant, sub-contractors, suppliers, site staff and other departments managers to ensure overall company effectiveness
4. Ensure health & safety on site with HSE manager.
