I Was promoted from Administrative affairs supervisor to this position on 01/01/2016, My duties are to handle all administrative issues in the company, from ticketing system and hotel reservations, as well looking and dispatching Tibah Fleet maintenance or insurance…etc., and coordinating in case there are training or VIP guests as well I coordinate between the Depts. If any security permits needed. Or any related matters for the company and with the stake holders. And the airlines as well, in the addition I handle the BTA Card issuing and canceling and providing a weekly report to the higher management levels, and being a part from HR, I Was Handling the Training arrangements and the meeting and training rooms, in addition helping the HR in the Personality Assessments.
Also handling the Administration Building from all aspects was one of the main Duties.
Prepares written/ oral interpretation & translation services for meeting student training needs.
Provides simultaneous English-to-Arabic translation of instruction in a classroom or practical training environment for a Raytheon instructor.
Translates questions and communications from students to instructors from Arabic to English.
Performs interpretation and translation in scheduled and impromptu events such as formal classes, reviews, meetings, official ceremonies, and other types of business gatherings. The Translator/Interpreter will perform interpretation without context changes and content omissions and shall have a target objective of zero errors.
May be required to participate in the translation of Mobile Training courses delivered to students outside of Riyadh (but within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) as part of Raytheon-funded travel.
