Job responsibilities:
During my work at HSA my key responsibilities were;
- Evaluate the current environment and current situation for both the business and system
- Full ownership for SAP HCM area for all group in Egypt. ( around 4000 Employees)
- Supporting key users to fix any issues during payroll or time evaluation run.
- Supporting key users to fix ESS/MSS issues in order to reach the stability state for the current implementation.
- Implement and support Training and Event Management module
- Implementing SAP HCM (OM, PA, TM, PY) for Golden Africa Kenya Limited in Kenya
Which is a new company under the HSA group.
- SAP Successfactors (Performance & Goal Management) implementation
Job responsibilities:
During my work at IBS I joined the following projects;
1- ICT (Qatar) January 2014-Till September 2014
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting ministry of Environment and Ministry of Transportation in OM, PA, TM, PY, ESS/MSS (over 3000 employees)
- Focus on the success of payroll run and posting to finance processes
- End user and key users training
- Extracting customized data for reporting purposes using Ad-Hoc query or directly from database tables
Note: I joined this project as a Senior SAP HCM Consultant then I became team lead for 5 other consultants.

- Full implementation for (Payroll) schema and configuration.

Perform a compete health check for the current SAP HCM configuration and data
Perform a gap analysis between the current needs and the implemented solution
Gather required data from key users
Implement needed solution in SAP HCM system
Do end user training for key users and end users

Execute test cases in the following cycles ( System testing, Integration testing, regression testing, unit testing )
Write test cases in the following cycles ( System testing, Integration testing, regression testing, unit testing )
Perform QA reviews on test cases
Execution was done using RQM and defect reporting was done using RTC
