The architecture for these is inspired by traditional mashrabiya windows, while the interior design involves a luxurious interpretation of the traditional architectural style of the region. The hotel also offers state-of-art facilities include, ballroom (500-capacity), meeting/conference halls, a fitness suite, outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Designed by Ms. “Chapman Taylor”. Total Budget: USD 800M.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

● Run the professional relationship with the Client to manage the Project scope, objectives, priorities, risks, constraints, assumptions and strategies.
● Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.
● Provide on-site leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.

The project is to manage the gradual full renovation of all bed rooms, suits, kitchens, swimming pools, restaurants, public areas, outlets and services while these hotels are kept in operation. Work is divided into varies packages, performed by several designers and contractors.
