• Follow-up the supply of needed contracts documents as advanced guarantees, performance bonds, insurance certificates, invoices, ... etc
• Coordinate with the financial department in monitoring the cash flow of the service order and contracts
• Maintaining and revising contract libraries (periodic check for contractual terms for accuracy and compliance to the laws and regulations updates)
• Improving sourcing strategies, updating vendors list as well as tracking & analysis of vendor performance
• Assisting Contracts Superintendent in developing the monthly report of Contracts Section
• Prepare, develop, execute shutdown service orders and contracts
• Resolve contractual claims and issue contract variation orders and amendments
