❖ Operation Supervisor and acting office administrator in EPPCO AVIATION (Minhad Airbase) April 2013 till Date.
➢ Supervise the staff and lead and motivate the team for effective and smooth operation.
➢ Taking Responsibility of all operation of receiving, storing of aviation fuel and refuelling/defueling of aircraft. Ensure availability of product by coordinating with Jebel Ali terminal for stock replenishment. Receive / Monitor receiving operation according to Quality Control Procedures.
➢ Using my team carry out the daily check on the fuelling equipment and the quality of the product in the fuelling equipment and maintain relevant records. Record breakdowns of fuelling equipment and inform Maintenance team on static facilities.
➢ Plan and Lead the movement of each operator in my team in my shift to ensure that all aircrafts refuelling's/defueling's done on time to avoid any delays or complaints.
➢ Maintain all the relevant records of receiving product. Ensure the Quality of product in the Depot static facility by carrying out QC Checks by my team and maintain the relevant records.
➢ Update all the fuelling nominations received from the customers.
➢ Ensure timely fuelling of aircraft with my team following all Quality Control and safety procedures.
➢ Stock Account all the activities in Oracle based ABC system.
➢ Maintain good communication with Customers, Shareholder, supply location, Superiors and peers by means of e mail / phone / Shift log / in person.
➢ Plan and ensure sufficient manpower is available for the smooth and effective operation. Respond and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
➢ Perform the spot checks on my team to ensure that the staff is following the safety procedures.
➢ Following up with the UAE Air force (GHQ) officers for all the aviation fuel invoices and delivery tickets for payment and preparing the daily stock reports for them.
➢ Carrying out the administration work (preparing the gate security passes, handling complaints from military and all the customers, reporting to ENOC head office and receiving instructions from them, handing over the tickets to ENOC AVIATION)
➢ Monitor the stock loss whether it is within limit.
➢ Requesting and following up for Bridger's depending on the Tank ullage and flight pattern.
