ALKAN is a well known Egyptian telecom contractor that has sixteen subsidiaries in Africa and Middle East, My role in fiber department is building the first fiber department in Alkan who can design and implement fiber projects including FTTX projects; we have done projects in Sudan & Qatar and now we are implementing the ENR, this is a huge project includes Fiber, Civil, Architecture, Signaling & Electro mechanics works along the railway track from Cairo to Alex.
Feb 2008- March2010: Optical fiber, PMO, OS& technical budgeting Director at Mobilink.
Mobilink is an ORASCOM subsidiary in Pakistan, and I was leading the following four departments in Mobilink
1-Optical Fiber department .
2-Technical Project Management department is Managing Roll out, Access and core projects.
3- Operation Support department is managing Leased Lines and Interconnects.
4- Technical Budgeting department.
August 2007- Feb 2008: General Manager at El Babtain- Le Blanc Pakistan.
El Babtain-Le Blanc Pakistan is a branch of El Babtain group, this branch is completely engaged in acquiring and building GSM sites in Pakistan nation wide,
November 2005- April 2007: Country Manager at Mobiserve Pakistan.
Mobiserve Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is a Telecommunication Services Provider Company incorporated in Lahore.
It is a subsidiary of ORASCOM Telecom.
Mobiserve Pakistan has more than 600 employees, it’s mainly engaged in building and maintaining cellular infrastructure GSM sites,

Nile Telecom Company (NTC) is an Egyptian Payphone operator, which has a license to build& operate a Nation-Wide payphone network.
I was leading the business to deploy payphones network,
