Duties:
Using Frontline Software \[computerized maintenance management system CMMS\] to manage maintenance activities planned, corrective, control the resources and organize asset tasks over the site (around 3500 asset).
Coordinate the work between the operation and maintenance.
Periodical Follow up and organize the Mechanical, Electrical, Civil maintenance and workshop over the site.
Create a series of reports, charts and graphs for maintenance manager and client to get all information about equipment and labour performance.
Collecting the assets information from manuals.
Follow up Spare parts, stock control, purchasing requests and finance by Frontline Software.
Coordinate with other departments to achieve maximum maintenance planning efficiency.
Can work also on primavera, maximo and MS project programs.
