- Design, supervise and participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms supporting a complex corporate data infrastructure.

- Managing the pre-sales cycle for NetApp customers along with technical overview for the solution.

Start the engagement with the customers to analyze the customer requirements and translate & manipulate them into a total solution that is technically feasible and is commercially viable.
- Participate and own onsite/remote professional services delivery of the projects implementation.
- Being the direct point of technical contact and escalations to provide high quality technical support to INGAZAT customers.
- Delivering a Professional Technical Proposal for INGAZAT solutions based on the customer requirements which comply with the vendor Best Practices.
- Define the project schedule, requirements and prerequisites and set the project plan for the solutions are delivered by INGAZAT.
- Delivering a design and awareness sessions to the customer in order to make him familiar with the new technologies and to take the right the decisions that comply with the business needs.
- Participate in emergency (after-hours) technical support activities for the customers that have 24 × 7 support contract with INGAZAT.
- Creating the solution documentations in both pre-sales phase and post-sales as well such as High-Level Design, Law-Level Design and Configuration guide for INGAZAT Customers.
- Delivering a handover and solution awareness sessions the customers after finalizing the project implementation phase to ease the administration procedures of the new system the customer.

- Provide simultaneously solutions for customers regarding my knowledge, information and company's guidelines and tools.
