1-Direct three departments include Quality assurance, Quality Control, Health & safety & Environment.
2- Upgrade & unified all company documented system to establish Company unified &Integrated management system including all applied management systems
3-Provide Technical support and & lead Company working teams to implement the modern improvement methodologies :-
a-six sigma for decreasing process variations
b-Lean Manufacturing for decreasing Wastes.
4-Support the company growth in local &foreign markets by qualification to the needed Domestic and regional and International product marks and Approvals
5-Establish & implement a periodical performance measuring by audit program on all processes& activities to evaluate the effectiveness of management systems implemented
6- Define Company vision, mission, values, business plan and strategic objectives .
7-Establish company& departments scorecards & action plans to achieve objectives.
8- Follow up & support in achievement company objectives.
9-Improve the procedures of hazard identification risk assessments and risk control to prevent accidents and illness
10-Establish and implement inspection system to ensure implementation of risk controls
11- Establish the selection and approval process criteria of new suppliers.
12-provide technical support among the Implementation of suitable corrective action to prevent reoccurrence of nonconformities
13- Deploy quality, environment and Health & safety cultures among all company staff

3.Designe, Prepare & develop working Procedures for all process activities
4.Lead the team for preparing, Establishing and applying integrated Management System of Olympic Group (OGMS)
5.Establish and apply the Lean Manufacturing Project for improvement productivity & Cost Reduction
6.Manage and Supervise Control of documents.
7.Lead & Direct the Internal Audit Activities (Issue Audit plan, Audit program, preparing check Lists, Conduct Audit, issue the Final Audit Report)
8.Lead & Direct the Q.A Team for obtaining Products certificates of approval such as "CE, EOS, UL........)
9.Establish & measuring the KPI's to insure achieving of Company objectives & Targets.
10.Improve Product quality level by implementing Statistical Quality Control (SPC) tools
11.Training and awareness for All Staff.
12.Conduct Suppliers Audit for Suppliers Approvals and Suppliers Evaluations purpose.
13Monitoring of Customers Satisfactions & Customer Complain Handling
