• Prepare and present to the Head of Credit the full Credit Package that presents the proposed/annual review facility and the associated terms and conditions. In order to perform the task in an efficient way the following should be included:
• Spreading and financial analysis for the client’s financial statements.
• Preparation of financial projection, in order to assess the ability to pay the leasing facility.
• Preparation of a detailed and accurate study for New and/or Existing lessees (in terms of qualitative and quantitative analysis to the client) to assess the financial and market study of new clients within a specific industry.
• Gather data about industrial sectors and transform such data into useful information.
• Ensure that any policy exception is properly identified, and that Credit package is directed to the proper lending authority for approval.
• Assess risks existing in any transaction and propose it’s mitigates.
• Prepare leasing proposals.
• Discuss with Risk Management Department (RMD) credit matters and cases when the need arises.
• Conduct clients’ meetings and site visits with RM (Relationship Manager) to assess business needs,
• Prepare memos to be presented to the proper approving authority regarding any exceptions in the approved facilities or security documents.
• Organize Credit Files and regularly update them in co-ordination with the RM in order to include all updated necessary documents (efficient filing system).
- Evaluating clients’ credit data and making analysis for financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk involved in lending money to them
- Preparing reports about the degree of risk in lending money to clients
- Analyzing client records and using the data to recommend payment plans
- Evaluating the financial status of clients by producing financial ratios through Moody's program
- Submitting the loan memorandum to loan committees for their approval
- Conferring with clients to verify their financial/credit transactions
- Preparing projected financial statements to find the ability of the client to repay loans.
