Plan, establish, execute, and finalization of all procurement and supply chain strategies for centralized procurement in cooperation with the corporate in UAE for the purchase of all construction, building materials and CAPEX goods and services throughout the entire groups and projects in KSA. Define purchasing recommendations that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders in UAE. Manage and monitor Procurement operations for assigned business unit, its offices, and jobsites. Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files and records, price lists, the status of requisitions, contracts and orders, locate suppliers, approve bills for payment, monitor subcontractor performance, calculate the cost of orders, ensure invoices are charged to the appropriate accounts, and monitor inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping records. Manage a team that develops and delivers purchasing and inventory reports, required documentation, and quality reports to ensure all materials need to request comply with projects’ specifications where international and local codes are met within budget and on schedule. Manage and coordinate the data of all of KSA companies’/branches requirements and for ensuring that related activities are performed efficiently, effectively to ensure policy and processes implemented across the organization comply with procurement regulations. Analyze and evaluate the organizations overall procurement trends (spend analysis / categories) to identify the high spend areas to identify the potential areas of control and develop the options to minimize the costs and take proper measures.
