* Established the healthcare strategic management office (SMO) to unify activated & focused works toward healthcare services sector.

* Led the initiative of the healthcare start-ups of the new generation of Binladen Family business. This initiative included 25 specialized healthcare start-ups: 5 medical centers, 10 specialized healthcare IT solutions companies, 5 healthcare professional education centers, and 5 health lifestyle companies. I was assigned as the chairman of the directors of these start-ups, reported directly to R&T Group (the SBG family business umbrella) to provide the leadership & supervision on their performance.
