I have managed and organized so many events, either public events, corporate events or activations.
I worked with many clients in different business sectors and industries like CIB, TOTAL, Mercedes, Vodafone, Etisalat, WE, Al-Futtaim, Misr Life Insurance....and so many more.
Supervising and managing all operations, logistics, facilities and supplies of client’s sponsorship campaigns and corporate events.
- Vodafone sponsorship campaign at Four Seasons San Stefano “Summer 2019”.
- Mercedes sponsorship campaign at Four Seasons San Stefano “Summer 2019”.
- WE “Door to Door” campaign at Four Seasons San Stefano.
- Etisalat sponsorship campaign at La Vista 3 & La Vista 6 El Sokhna “Easter 2019”.
- TOTAL sponsorship campaign at Diplo 2 North Coast “Summer 2019”.
- CIB Wealth Sohour event at Four Seasons San Stefano “Ramadan 2019”.
- Orient corporate event “subsidiary of AL-FUTTAIM” at Nile Ritz in 11 Sep. 2019, with the presence of Mr. Omar Al Futtaim “CEO of AL-FUTTAIM Group”, Mr. Ali Gomaa “UAE Ambassador”, Dr. Sahar Nasr “Minister of investment” and a lot of other public figures and Businessmen, and it has been hosted by Razan Maghrabi.
- Building everything from scratch starting from the identity, choosing the logo, colors, and name.
- Planning and budgeting all the event-related activities “pre, during and post activities”.
- Following up all the ongoing tasks with all the dedicated teams of the event “Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Web Developer, Content Creator, and Sales Team”.
- Approaching new suppliers and communicating with the existing suppliers of the company to follow up on all the production requests, get different quotations and negotiate the prices with them.
- Handling all the agreements with the chosen venue “Nile Ritz Carlton” pre and during the event.
- Supervising all the setup of the branding elements pre-event.
- Managing all the on-ground organizing during the event and communicating with different parties to ensure that everything is going smoothly.
- Reviewing the post-event activities.
- Managing all the marketing and PR activities.
- Handling all the production requests and the proceeding processes with different suppliers.
- Building a relation with the potential community partners.
- Planning and managing all the events of the Company “offline & online”.
- Communicating and following up with sponsors and community partners.
- Communicating with the speakers and shooting videos with them to make a teaser.
- Following up with social media team and designers in order to push the event up.
- Following up with all organizers, facilitators and ushers during the event.
- Shooting interviews with the speakers and some of attendees during the event.
- Supervising and managing all HR Functions.
- Establishing policies & procedures.
- Performing all the recruitment process (job ads, screening, interviewing, shortlists, offer letters, hiring).
- Managing all tasks related to personnel (contracts, social insurance & investigations).
- Managing employee benefits like Medical insurance, Bank Accounts, Mobile lines, etc…
- Participating in developing, maintaining and implementing policies & procedures of the company with the HR manager and HR team.
- Monitoring and observing the performance of subordinates, following up tasks with them, and review their reports.
- Participating in employee engagement (annual events & team building, monthly birthdays).
- Assisting in making Action plans, reports, decisions and creating results of the department.
- Managing and implementing all tasks related the Personnel field, and calculating attendance and employee leaves.
- Preparing Offer Letters, Contracts, HR Letters, Experience Certificates, Forms 1, 2&6 and Follow up Letters.
- Maintaining and updating human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks, or performance evaluation forms.
- Managing employee benefits like Medical insurance, Bank Accounts, Mobile lines, etc…
- Participating in the Recruitment process with the HR team to fulfill company needs.
- Performing the Exit Interview process.
- Calculating Monthly Payroll.
- Calculating settlements for resigned employees.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Conducting the Recruitment process to fulfill company needs.
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and termination.
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
- Responsible for filing and collecting any missing documents in the employees’ files.
- Conducting all the Data Entry Process for the Finger Print Program of FP Machines of all Branches (New Hires, Resignations, Transferring) and prepare monthly FP Reports for all Employees (In & Out).
- Performing monthly Presentations for the HR department Report
(New Hires Vs Resigned, Over Time, Turn Over, Salaries, KPIs and other Charts as sales).
- Assisting in Recruitment Process.
- Conducting filtrating & screening, phone and face to face interviews.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
- Handling Personnel documentation and filing system.
- Handling Monthly attendance reports and Employees leave balances.
- Preparing monthly attendance and leaves analysis reports.
- Assisting and make the Orientation process for all new Employees.
- Following-up all Administrative Work.
