Assure ongoing compliance with Quality and industry regulatory requirements through Weekly and Monthly Audits against Different Standard (Food Safety - Health and safety - Quality- Social - FSC)
Evaluate adequacy of Quality systems and report deficiency to the line manager.
Lead internal audits and other Quality assurance activities.
Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in the Quality systems.
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Providing regular training to employees giving them awareness on ISO 9001 QMS standards, Food Safety Instructions Company Policy, GMP and HACCP Principles.
Handling the external audits (2nd and 3rd Party audits)
Hazard and Risk management Team Leader.
Responsible for Cleaning and Sanitation Team.
Responsible for Supplier audits and Evaluation.
Management representative for all applied standards.
Doing all GAP analysis and Action plan and Pre-assessment for all Applied Standard.

Responsibilities:
1-Responsible for monitoring the implementation of ISO 22000 at Windsor factory.
2-Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the HACCP principles in the two factories.
3-Responsible for monitoring and evaluation of the pest-control program in the two factories.
4-Responsible for the internal audit for the ISO 9001-2008 and 22000 inside the two factories.
5-Dealing with the external audits and visits for the two factories.
Responsibilities:
1-Responsible for the inspection on the 3 company factories (Pickling Olive Factory, Olive Oil Factory
& Vinegar Filing Factory)
2-Responsible for the calibration of all laboratory equipment required to perform the analytical
procedures for raw materials, ingredients and finished products.
3-P-erform effective corrective actions in a timely manner for all cases of rejections.
4-Develop action plans to improve performance by analyzing the quality performance data.
5-Prepare quality assurances technical reports, graphs and charts to document experimental results.
6-Conduct process audits and product defects analysis.
7-Supervise all the quality assurance and quality control activities according to ISO 9001, ISO 22000,
ISO 14000.
8-Implement HACCP & GMP Principles by preparing the HACCP plan & performing the GMP audit.
9-Introduce TPM (Total Productivity Manufacture) project principles to all the 3 factories.
10-Implement the Global Standard for food safety (BRC).
