• Preparation of Feasibility Studies for new business lines, CapEX, expansion projects and new investments.
• Preparing and review the project execution plan, progress monitoring and reporting.
• Reviewing contract documents and administrating all issues related to the project in conjunction with senior management in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.
• Define project KPIs for all departments. Track and monitor KPIs against baseline.
• Driving professional Change Management, identifying scope and any additional works and technical upgrades not covered in the contract to enhance the project deliverables, customer satisfaction and improve Company’s revenue.
• Implementing cost control programs, and commercial reporting.
• Managing resources and expenses to achieve contract completion within budget and time frame.
• Ensuring project cash flow and timely payments are received from the customer in accordance with contract conditions.
• Manage subcontracts from preparing RFQ and price negotiation with various specialty subcontractors, till the completion of work.
