Work with MOUAWAD Jewelry & luxury Retailers based in Saudi Arabia, Reporting to the Head of ‎Accounting & Finance and Managing Accounting department with 6 personnel, I'm responsible for: -‎

 Handle the issues of monthly trial balance, preparation of Profit & loss Statement, and financial reports, ‎including monthly and annual accounts for company & Shop wise;‎
 Analyze, reconcile, balance, maintain accounting records and handle Monthly intercompany balances ‎reconciliation and set the accruals;‎
 Reviewing daily sales reconciliation with payment Model in daily cash & cash management fiscal, and ‎handle shop accounts including Shop to shop transfer;‎
 Checking the correctness of all the daily transactions entered in the system;‎
 Adept knowledge of accounting functions as they relate to Supervise staff payroll, accounts payable, ‎accounts receivable, Monthly depreciation management of fixed assets, general ledger and Banks;‎
 Strong knowledge in Inventory control system, including Administrative control of periodic fiscal stock ‎taking and Monthly valuation of stock in direct, consignment and goods in transit;‎
 Strong experience in Auditing, Supervise many years tax auditors regarding requests of accounting ‎documentation & general coordination with external auditors (Ernst & Young) and (Deloitte) and ‎Extensive knowledge of Saudi Zakat and taxation law; ‎
 Ensures that payments by cheques and cash are made only after checking and validating documentary ‎evidence (CAD) & after the collection of the authorization signatures and Control cash receipts;‎
 Checks and approves received invoices before payments of rent, maintenance, purchase of fixed assets, ‎petty cash replenishment, Advances & credit vouchers, and any other invoices chargeable to the general ‎services of the company;‎
 Provide reconciliations necessary to maintain data integrity and consistency; ‎
 Review and process routine accounting data for revenue and expenditures;‎
 Key contact for local vendors, banks and local insurer regarding administrative issues;‎
 Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with corporate requirements; ‎
 Joint in preparation of monthly cash budget, forecasting, and management;‎
 Coordination of different departmental heads to make sales and expenses budget; ‎
 To support higher management for any info needed for effective decision-making; ‎
 Submitting required daily, weekly and monthly reports to various departments;‎
 Experience dealing with banks & Saudi Central Bank (SAMA);‎
 Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor laws & GOSI.‎
