* Responsibilities
* Providing the legal Advice, verbal and written, for the Chairman, Board of Directors, Company’s
Directors and managers in all issues related to the company activities and other sister companies'
activities.

Liaising with external lawyers( civil cases, commercial cases, employment disputes, arbitration).

suggesting the suitable punishment in accordance with Bahrain labor law.
* Updating the company’s management and the company’s decision makers regarding the
development modifications of the related legislations and legal affairs concerning the
amendments and changes of the applicable laws so as to protect the interest of the company and
to update the legal and all company’s related issues.
* Liaising with the company outside lawyers regarding the cases and dispute or any other legal
issues.
Achievements:
* Establishment of and effective legal department (system of legal reports and legal
documentation).
* Helping the company in finalizing and closing of many long pending legal issues either by
amicable settlement or by liaising with the external lawyers expediting the litigation process
through the continuous following of the cases raised against the company or from it against
others.
