NICE Enterprise Architecture
This is an implementation of an Enterprise Architecture Framework that can be used by NICE in order to standardise solutions development process across all projects / vendors along the entire lifecycle from project initiation to project completion. The implementation considers customizing TOGAF in order to fit NICE requirements. In addition, ARIS will be used as the repository and the modelling tool of the framework.

Roles and Responsibilities
- To work as a part of the Enterprise Architecture team who was responsible for designing and customizing the Enterprise Architecture framework
- To lead the modelling phase of some sample projects that are already up and running at NIC

Ministry of Foreign Affairs Technical Assessment
This is a consultancy project through which Logica is requested to evaluate the current Electronic VISA systems in MOFA.

Roles and Responsibilities
- To analyse and measure the performance of their SQL Server database
- To specify the technical areas need to be improved.

ePre-Qualification Project - RTA Dubai
As a part of Logica involvement in the implementation of the RTA CRM, the ePre-Qualification (ePQ) implementation aims to provide an efficient mechanism for RTA staff to manage, approve and track vendors

Next Gen
Next Gen is a reconciliation system that is used by the banks. It is a replacement of an antiquated system called ON/Top that was used by KSA banks. Next Gen is currently deployed in 12 banks in KSA and enables the users to do their daily reconciliation activities

- Leading the development and the architecture related activities
- Acting as a project manager, where he is requested to track the project and the deliverables status as well as the project financial status.
- Dealing with the clients in order to understand their pains and setting the proper enhancements plans to enhance the support service.
