1- Ensure that the team is working according to the company standards and Procedures to Delight our Customers and Patients and Present the best possible service.
2- Handling Customer complaints and solving it as fast as possible.
3- Ensure that our customers are receiving Perfect customer service within our store.
4- Preparing the Store monthly Budget and Reducing Variable costs as possible.
5- Monitoring the Quality of Received Products and Returning any Product in case of Quality Deterioration, (Like royal jelly, if it has thawed, it cant be used, or wheat germ, should be kept in a cold place, otherwise, it will go rancid and lose its Medicinal Effect).
6- preparing the store monthly order of Health products (ordering) and ensure Availability of Products all over the month .
1- Accompany the foreign scientist/volunteer through his/her visit to poor deprived villages to translate and interpret between the volunteer and the Rural People from English to Arabic and Vice Versa.
2- Translate the written reports and recommendation the volunteer writes from English to Arabic, and Handle it to AC DI/VOCA office .
3- Check translations of technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions.
4- Preparing Power point and slide show presentation for the summary of the Visit to use it in the seminar at the end of the volunteer visit.
5- Handling the petty cash for paying hotel bills, restaurant bills, Taxi Fare.
6- Execute any possible request of the volunteer to please Him/her as much as Possible.
7- handling some office work (Cairo maadi office) of translating documents, Scientific journals, Chapters of books, periodical leaflets….etc
