Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out detailed analysis to prepare an exhaustive list for manpower, materials, equipment, staff and engineers including overhead costs for the project.
• Develop design, shop drawings and connection details for all precast types, mould designs with the help of AutoCAD as per the drawings and program, precast guide specifications according to PCI specification.
• Prepare financial and progress reports, daily, weekly and monthly reports on all production and erection progress including initial labors rate analysis.
• Design training programs for the employees, based on the training needs of the employees, to fulfill business targets and requirements.
• Develop mix designs in coordination with laboratory and ensure timely approval of the same from appropriate authority, prepare quality manual and method statements of the company for production and erection.
• Supervise the work of team of engineers, draftsmen and foremen for pricing and planning the scope of work and was responsible for timely execution of all precast activities within cost, quality and PCI standards.
• Ensure procurement of materials at the right time and storage in the right place strictly in compliance with goods receiving control procedure.
• Comply with company quality management system in accordance with the requirement and recommendations of the quality assurance /quality control manager at each and every stage.
• Follow calibration procedure and schedule for the instruments, used by the employees, in taking measurements and conducting tests.
• Ensure timely payment of sub-contractors and clients, as per agreed time schedule specified in the contract, for smooth workflow.
• Prepare profit and loss accounts and balance sheets, carry out analysis for assessing financial stability, profitability & productivity.
• Submit half yearly and monthly budget to the operations manager, for scrutiny and approval, before implementation of the same.
• Motivate the team members of sales, service, projects, safety, production, logistics, erection, delivery, human resources and finance to help them achieve their goals within the defined timeline.
• Coordinate with the safety engineers to ensure safety procedures are followed by every department and implement factory safety plans at site.
