* Drive HR Functional excellence and overall business process improvement.
* Provide direction and support to the employee base, developing implementing and maintaining HR programs and initiatives.
* Lead and assist with facilitating improvement teams, training, recruiting, coaching, affirmative action planning, compensation management.
* Managing the whole Payroll Process.
*Implementation of HR Information systems(SQL then Oracle )
*Manage booking reservations and leave settlements for employees going for vacation.
