Senior cost manager, working in a design and build private projects, reporting to the commercial lead and responsible for:
- Work progress: review and assess the submitted monthly IPAs from the contractors and issue the IPCs to the employer.
- Work change orders and claims: review and assess the submitted change orders and claims and ensure that this submission is following/complying with the contract agreement.
- Preparation of accurate, timely, and complete reports to the client.
- Awareness of different form of contracts and identifying the projects’ matters between the parties.
- Work in connection with colleagues to assess client’s existing processes, reports and playbooks and identify opportunities for improved processes, and implement change where relevant.
- Develops and implements action plans to correct variances.
- Studies and understands project contract documents, including BOQs.
- Following up with the contractor's RAFs (Rate Approval Forms): insure about the scope of work, achieves the best value, agreed with the contractor, and issue the RAFs for final approval.

- MEP Quantity Take-off for Medical Towers: (Neuroscience, Cancer Center, Cardiac Center, Laboratories, Office Building, Proton Therapy Center, and Central Services Building. (PPNNCC), Transferring all site progress (Site Progress Monitoring) and indicate all approved MIR’s & FIRs to the calculation sheets to provide the IPC for the Client / Consultant.
- Preparing IPCs for suppliers and sub-contractors according to the approved MIRs, FIRs and time sheets.
- Preparing and submitting the variation orders/claims as per the contract agreement conditions.
- Contractual advising.
Senior quantity surveyor, reporting to PM, managing a team of Jr. QS’s in Jazan Refinery & Gasification Combined Cycle Project, responsible for:
