Business Operations
• Manage the company’s sales and business development operations in both the domestic and international markets with full authority for controlling operations and achieving performance targets.

• Manage the procurement of medical and dental equipment from manufacturers in Europe, USA and Korea to meet requirements of the Kuwait market.
• Negotiate and sign long-term agreements with manufacturers covering detail of prices, terms and service level agreements assuring achievement of best value to the company.
• Coordinate with the sales team in collating and consolidating customer orders, monitor current inventory levels and raise purchase orders on suppliers.
• Manage the entire order fulfillment process including expediting shipping of orders with suppliers, receipt of materials to billing/invoicing and delivery to customers.
Customer Relations and Service
• Supervise and guide sales and service engineers in delivering consistent high standards of customer service including fulfillment of customized requirements of clients.
• Coordinate and oversee the fully-equipped support department ensuring efficient and high quality after-sales service and support to customers.
• Monitor all aspects of customer relations including response to queries and requests as well as investigation, identification of root causes and remediation of customer complaints/issues to achieve and sustain customer satisfaction.
Process Improvements
• Manage and facilitate the process of identification and adoption of industry best practices in sales, marketing, customer service and supply chain management.
• Participate in the implementation of innovative process enhancements to reinforce exiting processes across the organization.
