*Provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan.
*Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the organization; for strategic market planning; market research programs; field force activities, and control of the marketing budget.
*Prepare new product marketing plans for product introductions in cooperation with senior management, Finance and Sales/Marketing.
*Establish a system of reports and communications for all information from the marketing team to the sales team and for feedback and request from the sales team to the marketing team.
*Ensure that the systems are in place whereby all Sales and Marketing staff including representatives are familiar with the provisions of the Code of Conduct of the company.
*Organize and direct marketing and strategy meetings on a regular basis whereby the strategy and promotion programs are reviewed.
*Responsible for performance appraisal of marketing and sales managers and for providing training and development opportunities including a national sales and management training program.
*Assist the Managing Director in establishing pricing policies.
• Managing the factory staff of over 40 employees including warehouse and production manager.
• Working closely with the quality control department to improve products quality and packaging.
• Developed and impemented comprehensive marketing plan and research document for the agricultural market segment in Sindh.
• Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability.
• Working closely with the product marketing during product development to ensure that product and services met market needs and are executed on time and on budget. I have Recently launched 3 major Sales promotioal campaigns in Sindh.
