c) Prepare and forward daily trouble shooting report to Mobilink.
Responsible of scheduling and emergency refueling of Mobilink 950 Sites with priority of Karachi region
Analysis on Fuel Supply report, Consumption, Reconciliation and Outages.
Deal with Client in all expects regarding Refueling issues.
Provide Justification of Supplying delay of Fuel and outages.
Compiling whole south Daily Activity report (Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur & Quetta)
Lead Refueling Department as Fuel coordinator with three Refueling Vendors.
Maintain record and control over pouring against PMCL cell sites.
Making move plan and schedule cycle of Supplying Fuel also analysis on emergencies of fueling.
Supporting and collaborating with network planning team.
Conduct and Monthly Sub con performance meeting.
As per Situation Plan the Refueling schedule for critical situation like Drastic Load shedding or Commercial Power department strikes etc.
Control and Check vendor’s vehicles in hand fuel.
Resolve issues and authentic problems of refueling vendors.
Compare both fueling report Daily Activity and $OPEX (live entry maintaining tool)
Supporting and collaborating with network planning team.
Responsible of scheduling and emergency refueling of Ufone 836 Sites with priority.
Follow up of Rectification of commercial power issue from sub con.
Lead Fuel Supply Department as Team Lead with Refueling Vendor.
Analysis on Fueling Supply report, Consumption, Reconciliation and Outages.
Deal with Client in all expects regarding Refueling issues.
Ensure all Plan activities will be done as per agreed SLA.
Execute Activities as per Required KPI’s.
Coordinate between Relacom & Ufone on different job assignment.
Making alarm rectification reports.
Managing 08 Helpdesk persons, 12 field teams and follow up & taking report from sub con Data officer.
Conduct and Monthly Sub con performance meeting.
Monitoring all refueling works through south region. (KHI, HYD, NWB, QTA).
Verifying fuel and fleet cards slips.
Maintain queries and reports as per requirement of client.
Follow up and make the daily report of emergency complains
Follow up, maintain records and make sure the completion of all complains.
TTs and Outages analysis and making schedule the completion of all complains before outage.
