Monitoring and following the Regional KPI's set by the company (Executions, Portfolio Growth, Collection Ratio & etc.). Overlooking the operational and promotional related activities within the region. Maintaining / coordinating with the branches and reporting to senior management of the company. Monitoring and following the KPI's set by the company. Analysing and evaluating of credit proposal adhering to stipulated circular guidelines issued by the company and recommending same for approvals. Contribute towards company objective of maintaining a quality credit portfolio through proper evaluation achieving the given targets.
