• Prepare Financials Reports weekly, Monthly & Annually.
• Reconcile Bank & Credit Cards & accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
• Prepare Accurate Aging Report on time.
• Prepares revenue and expense accruals to reflect financial position.
• Bookkeeping. Process of S.O, P.O, Invoices & Bills.
• Handle monthly, quarterly Reports & annual closings.
• Interact with client in presentation of financials reports.
• Prepare budget & Forecasting report.
• Ad hoc Reports.
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by company.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Prepares financial and statistical analyses, graphs, and presentation materials; provides analytical support for the finance team and operational partners.
• Payroll & commission working.
• Interact with External auditor & Internal Auditor.
• Liaison with client, vendor Bank for timely Bank Payments.
