• Leading the Project Division for major installation, construction and maintenance projects. Managing several plant erection, commissioning & shifting projects; feasibility, planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring and finally closure of all the projects.

• Developing plans, schedules, and project reports that include scope management, project deliverables, work breakdown/cost breakdown structures, schedule management, and forecasting, corrective actions, progress measurement & reporting, and productivity analysis for all phases of the project.

• Preparation of Tender Documents, BOQs and independent estimates, liaising with the OEMs & suppliers for resolving technical issues, supervising procurement in light of Procurement rules.

• Estimating, planning, and managing the work of subcontractors and other external project resources. Developing and managing subcontracting agreements.

• Evaluating risks, planning and implementing risk response strategies. Developing and implementing change management and control protocols.

• Ensured operation and maintenance of equipment including Centrifugal Pumps, Multi Block Combustion Chamber, Heat exchangers, Overhead Cranes, Roller conveyor & De-Ionization Plant.
• Succeeded in reducing the overall production cost of Split Air Conditioners by 13% by proposing and successfully implementing a critical change in process parameters
• Managed CMMS & MRP through Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) and Maximo.
• Successfully implemented ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 on organizational level and served as a Member of Internal Audit Team.
• Implemented Total Productive Maintenance & Lean Production Techniques on Shop Floor.
