- In Charge of all HR activities with Admin/HR Manager (recruiting, selecting, training, development, retention plans).
- Participate in creating and maintain HR and workplace policies and procedures compliance with Yemeni Labor Law
- Plan the annual department training requirements
- Design department annual budget and plan.
- Prepare office and Yemenization planning and negotiate with YD for our annual plan until get it approved
- In charge of Medical, Employment Liability, Workmen Compensation, and fire insurances and claims
- Maintain good relation with venders, suppliers and the Ministry of Oil personnel.
- Coordinate staff training programs locally and internationally
- Maintain payroll information on monthly bases.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling office expenditures and invoices.
- Maintain staff next of kin sheet for MENA and update our Head office.
- Assist in maintaining all HSE activities within the company.
- Coordinate all MENA travelers for international and domestic flights with their visas, work permits and residence visa, transfers, and accommodation.
- Organize and control charter flights trips and maintain good relation with Yemenia JV and Civil aviation and other traveler coordinators in the other oil companies.
- Prepare Payroll.
- Participate in doing the office and Yemenization plans.
- Create and maintain workplace policies and procedures according to Yemeni Labor Law.
- Do the recruitment process by collecting the data of the new hired or resigned.
- Prepare training programs for the staff and coordinating for their courses local or abroad.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling office expenditures and invoices.
- Control office procurement
- Coordinate with the ministry of Oil training and Yemenization.
- Participate in making office, employment, services contracts as per the labor law.
- Maintain computer hardware.
- Develop computer software programs.
- Maintain Computer Network.
- Interview new instructors
- Schedule Classes and courses
- Select teaching curriculums
- Monitor academic efficiency
- Monitoring engineers work performance
- Place administration procedures
- Facilitate Engineers work to keep current maintenance contracts
- Report to the GM about customer satisfaction
- Make new contractors and extend the business
- Teach English Language for different levels; beginners up to advance.
- Teach Ms-application Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Teach Programming Languages.
- Teach computer hardware (A+) & Computer networks (N+).
