- Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
- Planning of equipment mobilization/demobilization and rigging up/down at the rig site.
- Manage inventory and supplies/consumables required at the well site.
- Preparation of DD/MLWD BHA.
- Maintain good communication with the Client’s well site representative and rig crew.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining electronic instrumentation to provide reliable well maintained equipment to ensure service quality
- Implementing and testing various equipment upgrades.
- Performing all levels of electronic preventive maintenance.
- Setting up, testing and running electronic data acquisition systems needed to monitor and record Production Enhancement and Zone Isolation jobs.
- Providing support and repair for electro-mechanical equipment on remote customer sites.
- Monitoring of BHA condition in hole and due notice and giving instruction to minimize shocks and vibration to Driller and Directional Driller.
- Provide quality answers and solutions to the customer’s questions, requests, or problems.
- Develop QHSE understanding and experience.
- Supervision of the installation, Pre-commissioning and commissioning of the Electrical Power System, Grounding System and Cathodic Protection System.
- Revision of final documentation and as-built drawings for electrical power, grounding and cathodic protection systems for the above mentioned projects.
