• My job's nature obliged me to work as individual or in a group.
• Type of research's confidentiality, subject's sensitivity, required details, accuracy …etc affect the decision to work as individual or in a group of researchers.
• Brainstorming is a common process to settle the outline of the research.
• We used to have a scheme of work. Once the plan is agreed on, objectives are highlighted and duties are distributed between the members.
• My duties include but not limited to the following:,
Collecting information, data and furnishing them to other researchers or directly to the decision makers through the creation of the data base.
Conducting strategic research, studies and studying current issues in a systematic manner to determine the impact of these issues.
Following and studying the international politic issues that affect the United Arab Emirates, the Gulf region and the Middle East.
Monitoring and studying various political and social issues and the latest local, regional and international development on different levels which might influence the interest and policies of UAE and increasingly strategic Gulf region.
Aiming to infer the significance of such trends and development and making scientific projections for the future.
Conducting future studies and identifying the best alternative to deal with the developments prior to their occurrence.
Helping decision makers in Crisis Management by providing continuous and simultaneous follow up and analysis for the developments of the crisis and our future expectations.
Evaluating other studies and researches done by others and briefing them to the decision makers.
Conducting seminars and representing ECSSR in national and international conferences and Exhibitions.
Conducting social/ politic public survey whenever required.
Participate with UAE Women Union in putting recommendations for strategic of development for UAE women.
This is a special concentrated Diploma Program conducted by ECSSR for its local researchers. It covered many major topics and advance subjects in research science. My graduate research for this Diploma was "The relationship between the Federal Authority and Local Authority in the United Arab Emirates".
