 Prepare Planning Package - Baseline Project Schedule, Engineering Documents Deliverables Register (EDDR), Progress Measurement System, S-Curve, Manpower Histogram, Project Calendar, Base of schedule, RFQ Package, Earn Value management, Milestone charts.
 Prepare EPC Implementation Schedule with Standard Productivity norms and logics.
 Develop and maintain project cost plans using appropriate software applications.
 Manage the project work approval process in terms of accurate cost code allocation and initial budget set-up and approvals.
 Oversee schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results.
 Manage whether a proper progress measurement is in place for all project activities through the whole project cycle
 Contribute to the change management process, analyzing and reporting schedule impacts to the project.
 Liaise with procurement, finance and time-capture functions, and third parties as required, to ensure accurate and timely capture of procurement, materials, subcontract and labor manhour costs. Ensure costs are allocated accurately in accordance with approved project WBS.
 Coordinate development and issue of project change orders/variations in accordance with engineering and construction change notifications.
 Monitor cost impact of achievement/non-achievement of major project milestones.
 Assess other parties' EOT and cost claims by proper analytical tools of MS Project and/or Primavera.
 Exposure in the preparation and negotiation of extension of time claims
 Develops and maintains various Levels of schedule (Level- 1 to Level- 6).
 Preparing project weekly, monthly cash flow and RA-Bills and co-ordinate with Client's officials for all planning and material reconciliations works.
 Good interaction with team for assimilating scope of work, key technical requirements and other aspects impacting project schedule and costs.

 Reviewing purchase order, specification, drawing of customers and regarding the necessary information.
 Develops and maintains various Levels of schedule (Level- 1 to Level- 3).
 Preparing project weekly, monthly cash flow and RA-Bills and co-ordinate with Client's officials for all planning and material reconciliations works.
 Good interaction with team for assimilating scope of work, key technical requirements and other aspects impacting project schedule and costs.
 Participate in meetings between Customers and in-house Plant engineering division for capturing issues impacting project schedule and costs.

 Develop best practices for scheduling through creation of standard modules, guidelines for schedule adjustment based on actual site performance etc.
 Audit progress of project activities and develop MIS reports to update top management regularly.
 Develops and implements a basic change management system for engineering and construction.
 Identifies trends and deviations and recommends corrective courses of action.
 Maintains the established project cost/schedule program and prepares schedule/cost status reports.
 Develops Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work defined by the contract.
 Overseeing project activities from conceptualization to commissioning.
 Prepare and analyzes the Project Income Statement.
 Provides meaningful, accurate historical data and developing a formal presentation.
 Follow-ups with vendors/contractors/clients, project cost control & maintenance of project deliverable etc.

 Initiate, develop and monitor the planning and progress procedures to ensure that each element of the project performs the processes timely and consistently.
 Review scope change requests for the impact on schedules and the critical path of the project.
 Develop the list of plans required to execute the project and their hierarchy relationship
 Develop project budget and spending timeline.

 Conducting inspection of fabricated spools with technological collaboration according to piping Isometric Drawing.
 Monitoring daily and weekly pro along with coordinating and following up with vendors for progress report.
 Preparing advance procurement list and daily production report.
 Reviewing and selecting WPS according to requirement.
 Following up the fabricated and machining item as per production plan and procurement.
 Conducting visual inspection of in-coming material, welded parts and fabrication parts along with conducting loop clearance including final pipe insulation
 Interfacing with internal and external clients as required for successful project execution.
