Development of Base line Scheduling using Planning Software PRIMAVERA(P6)
• Complete resource planning including labor and non-labor (Machinery) as per project scope using productivity norms
• Prepare budget histograms, tables, curves, resources logs with reference to baselines for the control during project execution phases and submitting to department heads client and main contractor.
• Cost loading and monitoring the cash flow & project progress using SPI, CPI & Earned value analysis.
• Preparation of detail documents for extension of time (EOT) for the project.
• Preparation of Weekly, Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule. Updating actual Progress and all related information.
• Analyzing progress shortfall on daily, weekly and monthly basis and timely alarming Project Management officials regarding the delays occurring at site from our part and from subcontractor part and its effects on our completion date of the projects, moreover report to Project Manager with recommended corrective solution.
• Attending weekly review meetings with updated minutes of meeting & discussing previous meeting minutes.
• Preparation executive progress summary report / Presentations to the top Managements on project status for periodical review.
• Resume the duty of Planning Manager during his absence.
• Maintaining project documents as per client requirements and standards followed.
• Assist in periodic issuance of updated planning package, progress reports, monitoring package & production control tools in co-ordination and communication with various executing parties (Engineering, Procurement, Yards).
• Able to understand the technical scope of work, scheduling the appropriate set of activities and ensuring on timely completion of work.
• Understands tender/contractual conditions, scope & obligations.
• Organize sub-contractors quotations, negotiate to assure quotes meet contract documents and issue proper documented purchase orders and also reviewing technical specifications, cost estimates for change orders, review and analyze sub-contractor’s change order proposals and submittals.
• Understands project execution plan, work breakdown structure (WBS), activity sequence, priorities and planning logics & constraints.
• Understanding project work scope, contract milestones, Estimating budget quantities, costs, durations and resources.
• Assists with coordinating construction and completion of piping, mechanical, and general construction activities in assigned systems.
• Monitoring all kinds of extra works which are performed & timely submitting their invoices to client.
• Calculation of material take-off and planning for the procurement of materials as per working schedule. Regular updating of materials for submission of material Reconciliation as per client’s requirement
• Preparation of procurement list for the project in timely manner and forward it to purchase department to procure the materials.

• Responsible for all projects monitoring work. Also preparing priority schedule for work as per client request.
• Accountable for making ACE (Accepted Cost Estimation), client bill (structural, equipment& piping items), JCR (Job Cost Report) and program schedules. Making close co-ordination with vendors. Arranging progress review meeting with client for making good progress.
• Assist planning engineer for preparation of bar charts, delay reports etc., also Resume the duty of him during his absence
• Preparations of detailed work plan based on the project objectives and contractual specifications and develop a schedule using MS-Project.
• Conducting feasibility studies for preparing project reports to assess timely completion of project.
• Monitoring detailed planning & scheduling and coordinating on-site activities to ensure smooth work progress and timely execution of projects.
• Maintained healthy teamwork with internal & external customers, managing all commercial, technical, operational functions related to ordering, supply, payments, and progress of project and delivery of goods for projects as per site requirement.
• Generating tabular / graphic report of all Planned vs. Actual works. Updating, revising construction schedule as per actual site conditions.
