- Fulfilled an essential role in restructuring and unifying the Saudi Commission of Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH) strategy and performance measuring system. Contributed heavily in developing KPIs and the Balanced Scorecards for across three levels of management based on strategic objectives and associated processes.
- Handled Project Management Office (PMO) for the establishment of a new critical governmental entity (ADAA), the entity that is mandated to measure the performance of all other governmental entities.
- Contributed significantly in drafting the corporate setup plan purposefully for KFSH&RC hospital's transition from a governmental entity to a private independent non-for profit foundation. Substantially, the plan included an array of initiatives and activities to setup the corporate governance, transfer of resources and contracts, financial due diligence and so forth.
- Analyzed a number of businesses processes for ARB bank between the contact center and back office operations as part of the planned robotics process automation project, drafting BRDs that micro details as-is process steps, and the future state of the process as well. Moreover, also contributed into programming robots for these processes.
- Supported in multiple Business Development activities, including the designing of project approach, project time line and description of suggested deliverables along with outlining the capabilities and resources available as per the requirement of RFPs and additional information captured from RFP explanation meetings.
- Contributed in a number of internal initiatives that were focused on identifying significant consulting opportunities derived from the Saudi Arabian Vision 2030 and the NTP 2020 objectives.
- Led a team to conduct a point of view analysis of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.
- Co-managed in organizing for the firm's mega event “Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 awards” (EOY) by searching, selecting, interviewing and screening entrepreneurs contesting for the prize across three provinces.
- Contributed to the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) project, conducting a Sectoral Analysis Office study targeting nationalization of the construction sector in Saudi Arabia, and led the survey work-stream entirety screening the perspectives of private sector employers and educational institutions.
