I am a self-motivated employee who is able to work individually or as a team member. I have proven leadership skills in managing, developing and motivating team members. In my role as Administrative-logistic Officer under the USAID-funded Yemen-Community Livelihoods Project (CLP-Creative Association), I conduct all Data-base of project activities especially of inventory; I prepare and conduct purchases of fixed and non-fixed assets as well purchases requests, payment requests, payments summary and related supporting documentation of supplies including, inventory of assets, contracts(cars-residences-services), reports of admin-logistic, tracking sheets and archiving methods . I assist in all aspects of project’s activities such as refreshments deals with clients as to trainings, workshops and warehouse management, transportation deals, fleet management of rented cars and procurement of items in Sana'a and governorates. I assist the management of admin vehicles errands, (fuel-diesel) consumption and contribute with maintenance liaison in emergency maintenance of generators and gust-house. I arrange for STTA and LTTA(expats) as well as local staff travels, Visas, Cargo, hotels bookings, residences and customs clearance. I backup Senior admin and admin assistant and secretariat reception work when absent. I supervise admin assistant, guards, gardeners and Cleaners(Maids).I performed community mobilization for CLP as well(Health). I have proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Office and general IT .
