- Responsible for the revision of all policies, statements of functions, systems, procedures, manuals and forms within the company.
- Responsible for the preparation of the various requirements of the quality system applied in the company.
- Ensure that the Quality Management System requirements are met through:
o Planning and carrying out internal audits.
o Controlling all documents within the organization, and ensuring that records are established and maintained.
o Organizing bi‐annual management reviews for the quality system.
o Following up on all corrective and preventive actions requests to make sure that all actions are being take.
o Ensuring that suppliers dealt with by organization are evaluated.
o Ensuring that customer satisfaction assessments are being undertaken regularly.
o Maintain, revise and control the company’s quality manual.
- Conduct regular Risk Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment to the company’s activities.
- Observe and take corrective action to any reported near misses, injuries, illnesses, incidents and accidents.
- Contribute to and assist in following up on any QHSE related initiative through the company.
- Develop, maintain and update Product Standards Manuals (Technical or Design Manuals and Drafting Manual) and Checklists in coordination with the PA/PE’s.
- Carry out research and development activities related to enhancing AJ product.
- Coordinate with the Subject Matter Experts assigned by the different PA/PE’s regarding any new issued systems, standards, codes or practices.
- Identify technical and non-technical training needs & prepare and implement the training plan.
- To interpret client’s inquiry documents, prepare conceptual designs and draft formal tender responses to tight, customer specified, deadlines.
- To undertake ongoing technical and commercial clarifications, requested by the client, throughout the life of the tenders, and support the Sales team through to successful order placement.
- To process orders and prepare accurate contract handover files.
- To attend formal bid clarification meetings.
- To obtain sub-vendor compliant quotations for bought out items.
- To formulate accurate cost build-ups.
- To review technical and commercial content of Purchase Orders.
- Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods;
- Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems;
- Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand;
- Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs;
- Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers;
- Developing business by gaining new contracts, analysing logistical problems and producing new solutions
- Identify problematic areas and conduct research to determine the best course of action to correct the data
- Analyze and problem solve issues with current and planned systems as they relate to the integration and management of data
- Analyze reports of data duplicates or other errors to provide ongoing appropriate inter-departmental communication and monthly or daily data reports
