- Health, Safety and Environment Advisor:
Conducting safety inspection for:
1- All buildings in the two centers.
2- Accommodation.
3- Equipment: Cranes and Forklifts.
4- Rig site.
Special Tool Box Talk (TBT’s).
HSE Auditing activities.
Site Fire Warden and First Aider.
HSE Reporting and documentation
Ensure Compliance with HSE rules and regulations (safety signs, Evacuation plans, procedures… etc).
Job Responsibilities:
- Health, Safety and Environment
Inspect all Subcontractors working on-site (Following Saudi Aramco General Instruction (GI’s) / Petrofac HSSE Standard).
Conducting HSSE Training for Petrofac stuff and Subcontractors:
1- HSSE Induction.
2- HSSE Supervisory Competency Assessment.
3- Permit to Work Training (PTW).
4- Defensive Driving Training.
5- Working at height.
6- Flagman Training.
7- Other HSSE related courses (First Aid, confined space…etc).
Co-ordination with Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (SAPMT) / Subcontractors.
Special Tool Box Talk (TBT’s).
HSSE Auditing activities.
Site Fire Warden and First Aider.
HSSE Reporting and documentation
Ensure Compliance with HSE rules and regulations (safety signs, Evacuation plans, procedures… etc).

Conduct periodic HS inspections of the following items:
Hazards, Extinguishers, Harnesses and its Lanyards, call points, detectors, First Aid boxes, Emergency Exits.
Site Fire Warden and First Aider.
HSE Reporting and documentation
Ensure Compliance with HSE rules and regulations (safety signs, Evacuation plans, procedures…etc)
- Scaffolding
- Good knowledge of various types of Scaffolds, Mobile Towers and their components.
